Lifetime Warranty

Stateline Nationwide Lifetime Warranty
Stateline offers a lifetime warranty on its glass replacement, protecting you against defects in materials or workmanship for as long as you own or lease your vehicle.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for warranty coverage on materials or workmanship defects, you must notify us within 30 days of discovering the defect. We are not liable for any additional damage caused by delays in reporting the issue beyond this 30-day window.  To qualify for warranty coverage on workmanship, you must notify the location used to replace your auto glass by email or phone.

Before a warranty claim can be approved, Stateline must be allowed to inspect the damage on your vehicle to determine if the damage falls under the warranty.

Please note, this warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner or lessee.
No other warranties—express or implied—are provided.

Recalibration

When we perform a camera recalibration, it is guaranteed for 30 days or until the next recalibration event; whichever occurs first. A recalibration event is defined by your vehicle manufacturer includes things such as a vehicle collision, windshield replacement, disconnection or removal of the camera, and vehicle wheel alignment.

Please refer to your owner's manual if you experience any abnormal operation or if you are unsure how to operate your ADAS feature.  You should not rely on your advanced safety systems until recalibration is performed by a qualified recalibration specialist. The advanced safety system is not intended to replace defensive driving. Note that any modifications to your vehicle from its original specifications may cause your advanced safety systems not to function as intended by the manufacturer.

You are responsible for the safe operation of your vehicle even if the ADAS functions are not functioning correctly.

Warranty Limitations

Pre-Installation Inspection and Warranty Limitations

Before each installation, a Stateline technician will perform a thorough inspection of the vehicle for any visible damage and document their findings on a pre-inspection form.

Stateline is not responsible for any damage that existed prior to service.  In some cases, damage may not be visible until the existing glass is removed. This can include rust or structural damage to the pinch weld or frame that may prevent a safe installation. If such issues are discovered, you are responsible for all costs associated with repairing the damage or rust prior to installation, including any necessary transportation to and from a qualified body shop.

Please note:
Damage that is not caused by defective workmanship or materials is explicitly excluded from coverage under this warranty.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall Stateline be held liable for incidental or consequential damages related to the repair or replacement of your glass.
